Do I need to provide a table and chairs? | All sites are provided with a single trestle table and two chairs. If you require any more furniture then you can fire these off the venue, which we can arrange, or you can bring your own. |

Why Exhibit? | | Visitors to the Waikato Health and Disability Expo are people who are interested in gaining better health. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to show them how your business or organisation can help them achieve to this.
This event is tailored to help you reach two important groups of people. On the Friday you will meet the working professionals who have influence over the decisions of those they work with in the health or disability sector on a daily basis. Then on the Saturday you will have direct contact with the individuals and families who are affected by health or disability issues.

How is the Expo Marketed? | The Waikato Health and Disability Expo is marketed extensively, drawing on strong support from a comprehensive network of interested stakeholders. It is now firmly established on Hamilton’s annual events calendar. |

The Expo's History | | Past exhibitors include community groups and service providers like CanTeen, Arthritis NZ, and Sport Waikato, alongside commercial businesses such as LA Spas and Vibratrain.
Over the Expo’s five year history it has consistently achieved high levels of satisfaction from exhibitors and visitors alike in terms of meeting and exceeding their expectations.

What if I need power? | Power can be provided to all sites at a charge of $15.00, please indicate your power requirements on your exhibitor registration form. |

Can I hang things on the wall? | Yes, the wall panels that surround your site are velcro receptive and this is the preferred method of hanging pictures/banners etc. If you staple or screw anthing into the panels and don't remove the staples/screws then you will be charged a removal fee at the end of the event. |

When can I build and breakdown my site? | Build times are set from 9.00am to 5.00pm on Thursday the 11th of September and from 7.30am to 9.00am on Friday the 12th of September, all sites must be completed prior to the start time of the event on Friday. Breakdown times are from 3.00pm - 6.00pm on Saturday afternoon/evening after the conclusion of the event. No exhibitor will be permitted to breakdown and remove their site before the 3.00pm finish time on Saturday afternoon |

Where do I come to unload my vehicle when building and breaking down my site? | There is vehicle access through Gate 9 on Heaphy Terrace, and there are 3 access points into the West Wing building where the event is to be held. |

What if I require assistance either assembling, or unassembling my site? | We have people who can assist you during these times. Please indicate on your registration form if you require assistance. |

What if I am the only person manning my site and I require a break during the Expo? | We are able to provide people who will man your site and allow you time away. If you require this support, please indicate it on your registration form. |
